A New Motive for Eating Your Fruit and Vege: Erections
A study has been published in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition that has found that a diet rich in flavonoids can been beneficial to erectile health, just as much as brisk exercise two to five hrs a week.Flavonoids are what make fruits and vegetables brightly coloured and particular types which can be found in blackberries, cherries, blueberries, radishes and even red wine as well as citrus fruits.

A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that eating a diet rich in flavonoids may be as good for erectile health as walking briskly for two to five hours a week. Flavonoids give fruits and vegetables their bright colors. The study examined three types of flavonoids: anthocyanins, which are found in blueberries, blackberries, cherries, radishes, and red wine, and flavanones and flavones, which are both found in citrus fruits.

The study found that men who had diets high in these were 10% less likely to have future erectile problems, suffice with eating a few portions every week. This does not go to say that eating these fruits will prevent erectile problems , we cannot take this as a 100% correlation, however, it doesn't hurt to add these to your diet if you dont already eat them- it may be reducing the risk.
